Kathiani Boys has been in existence for many years. It is located in Kathiani Sub-County, Machakos County. It is approximately 30 minutes drive from Machakos town and the road is well tarmacked. It is accessible also by public means so there is no pressure when it comes to transport.

We currently have 7 streams per form and the total numbers is quite sizeable with approximately 1000 students on board. It is a purely Boys boarding school. We have good accommodation with our dormitories having a modern design and always inspected to ensure high levels of hygiene. There are several pictures in Gallery to ascertain this.

We offer diversity of subjects making us a school worth having as many students as possible. We have a modern Computer Laboratory equipped with modern computers. We also offer Home Science to ensure the boys come out with the menial skills that men are perceived in the society to lack.

We have produced so far leaders in different areas of life that are now being useful to the society. We strongly believe in academic excellence, and our staff is committed to giving their best to the boys to ensure there is only one thing for them, TO EXCEL.

But we also strongly believe in building character and virtue to make a complete and a balanced man at the end of the four years. I can assure you that you will see a change in your son if you bring him to us.

Our reading Culture

“If you want to hide something from an African, put it in a book,” Someone once said. We have formed a reading culture in our school to disapprove the above saying. Products of Kathiani Boys have gotten this reading culture and they transfer it everywhere they go.

Our library is equipped with the newest and most needed books to empower students mentally and thoroughly prepare them for academic excellence. The school is also in the process of establishing an E-Library to provide access of study materials online.

STUDENTS PARTICIPATES IN VARIOUS ACTIVITIES

Our student has been participating in debate competition and doing well. The debate has been enganging and thought-provoking to our student which has enhanced the learners creativity and doing great academically in class.

Our boys qualified severally to compete nationally on the debate .
